Some of you might know that i'll be heading to France in October to compete as a team for a World blind wine tasting competition organised by France’s leading wine magazine “La Revue du Vin de France” this competition was recently put on the world stage by an Australian film director Warwick Ross with the award winning documentary
‘Blind Ambition’

Joining me will be four of Australia's top Sommeliers that will be part of team Australia. This is the very first time Australia will be competing in this challenge but we have high hopes of bringing the trophy back home!

In light of the competition i thought it would be fun to host a Blind tasting wine dinner and invite you to experience the thrill of tasting wines in a blind format. Think of it like a wine trivia but no questions, you just have to guess the wine.
The idea is to hopefully do a dinner every month, it will be fun, you should come.

So here it is the very first one is on Tuesday the 26th of September
