Chateau Belle-Vue Haut-Médoc 2015

The Chateau Belle-Vue is located in the town of Macau, very close to many classified Grand Cru Médoc on a terroir of grave coarse deep.

The 2015 vintage is no exception to the rule with its 15% Petit Verdot associated with 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 35% Merlot. Considered exceptional thanks to a perfect climatology, it comes from early harvest that spread from September 17th to October 9th.

During the vinification, the extraction is done as gently as possible :
- Cold pre-fermentation maceration (0 ° C) for 10 days.
- Exclusive use of gravity unloading, the juice is returned by sprinkling on the marc without destructuring it.
- Post-fermentation maceration: 20 days on average at 28 ° C to refine the tannins.
