Domaine de la Garrelière AOC Touraine Cendrillon 2019
2019 Cendrillion is 100% Sauvignon Blanc. It is pressed slowly (for about three hours) and then settled for 12 hours. It fermented over approximately a two month period, mostly in tank but a third is fermented in 500 litre barrels.
François and Pascale started farming biodynamically more than twenty-five years ago. Their terroir is mostly clay and limestone terroirs mixed with sandy soils and rocks. The unique labels produced by local artists that reflect the naming of the wine.
