A generous and assertive Margaret River Chardonnay, deeply influenced by oak. The aromatics marry ripe white peach and melon with flinty, savoury pastry notes leading into toasty cedar and vanilla. On the palate, it offers a broad, creamy texture from lees stirring and French oak ageing (30% new), yet remains taut through citrus acidity and a mineral lift. The oak is front-of-stage—rich and complex now, though expected to integrate over time. A long, savory finish with subtle spice and salinity rounds it out. Best experienced over the next few years, and suitable for cellaring through 2033
