Characteristics of the wine

Vinification: with natural yeasts, semi-submerged cap maceration for 18-30 days.

Aging: traditional in Slavonian oak barrels for 15-24 months.

Aging: in the bottle for 6 months.

Organoleptic characteristics: this wine comes exclusively from Nebbiolo grapes, generally from the younger vines. Excellent structure with typical aromas of Barolo Bricco Boschis with mainly fruity then floral and then again spicy, open and intense hints. Excellent aptitude for aging.

Food matches: cold cuts, red meats in general, grilled, hard or aged cheeses, chocolate.
