Sadi Malot’s Terre d’Origine Blanc de Blancs is the house’s signature estate cuvée, crafted to express the purity and minerality of 100 % Chardonnay from Premier Cru vineyards in Villers-Marmery — an unusual focus in a region otherwise dominated by Pinot Noir. Drawing on a blend of recent vintage base wine and long-established reserve wines from their solera (started in the early 1980s), this Champagne is vinified with malolactic fermentation and aged on lees for 18 months. It opens with floral and chalky aromatics, leading to citrus, oyster shell and mineral notes on the palate, delivering both finesse and depth in a classic Blanc de Blancs style
